Cartography workshop

This full-day hands-on workshop focuses on the visual representation of geographic information. The first part will explore reference cartography, and the fundamentals of conventional reference mapping. The second part will focus on statistical thematic cartography, and the use of GIS to generate visual representations of spatial information.

Participants should arrive with at least beginner-level GIS familiarity.

Seats are Limited.  Submit application form to enroll.

Fee for the 1-day program is $25 for people with a valid Harvard ID, and $350 for others. Coffee and lunch are included in the $25 fee for the workshop. Make check payable to “Harvard University (CGA)” and drop it in the mailbox outside of CGIS Knafel Rm.
