Bo is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ash Center of Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), and a team member of HKS Local Government Innovation project. Bo received his Ph.D. in Geography from the Ohio State University in August 2015. His research lies within the intersection of governance, big data, and geography, with a particular emphasis on China. During his fellowship, Bo will focus on understanding governance in China through citizens/crowd-sourcing knowledge.
